Digital delivery
Producedbyones sells digitally delivered music, audio files, and related licenses. Digital-only purchases do not require physical shipping, and no physical package is sent.
Download access or delivery instructions are provided using the delivery method shown with your order after payment is successfully processed. Any product-specific delivery schedule stated on the product page or in a written agreement applies.
Use an accurate email address at checkout. Check your order confirmation, inbox, and spam folder for download instructions. Your device and software must support the file format listed on the product page. Save a backup of your purchased files.
Delivery support
If you do not receive access, receive an incorrect file, or encounter a download error, email producedbyones@yahoo.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will help provide the correct file or restore access.
